Chuck has over 25 years of market research experience. He has directed hundreds of primary research studies across a broad spectrum of industries and organisations from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. 

Since working for the EduWorld team, he has led many research initiatives for organisations involved in education from individual universities, like the University of New South Wales, Swinburne and the University of Phoenix, to education services providers, such as Campus Living Villages and Pearson. 


Chuck has also led quantitative research across the spectrum of education sectors, including higher education, vocational and language training and schools. This has included work undertaken for numerous government departments and agencies, including the British Council, Education New Zealand, the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and Australian Education International.

Chuck is a skilled analyst and consultant with a unique talent and ability to hold all research and analysis accountable to clients’ business goals, from driving product marketing, market segmentation and mapping, to fuelling communications strategies, to new product development.
