Before joining EduWorld in 2014, Fraser worked for a decade at Pearson, in a number of senior executive roles in the Asia Pacific, including VP roles for VUE (Pearson’s computer-based testing group) and for Pearson Language Tests, where he was part of the team that developed and launched the Pearson Test of English Academic and Government Relations – focusing on relationships with multi-lateral donors and Ministries of Education in APAC.

Previously, Fraser worked with IDP as Head of Global Examinations, responsible for the IELTS test centre network and the operational partnership with the British Council and Cambridge. He also worked for Insearch: UTS, where he established one of the first Australian transnational education (TNE) projects in Indonesia, and went on to become Australia’s first Honorary Consul to North Sumatra.
