Fraser has more than 20 years of management experience in education across three continents: Europe, Asia and Australia. Fraser has helped many of EduWorld's clients further develop their organisations both onshore and offshore. He has led projects for clients across the sector, including providers (language, vocational and higher education), government departments and agencies, and for education services businesses.

Fraser has a particular expertise in educational outcomes audits, high-stakes language assessments, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and transnational education.

Before joining EduWorld in 2014, Fraser worked for a decade at Pearson, in a number of senior executive roles in the Asia Pacific, including VP roles for VUE (Pearson’s computer-based testing group) and for Pearson Language Tests, where he was part of the team that developed and launched the Pearson Test of English Academic and Government Relations – focusing on relationships with multi-lateral donors and Ministries of Education in APAC.

Previously, Fraser worked with IDP as Head of Global Examinations, responsible for the IELTS test centre network and the operational partnership with the British Council and Cambridge. He also worked for Insearch: UTS, where he established one of the first Australian transnational education (TNE) projects in Indonesia, and went on to become Australia’s first Honorary Consul to North Sumatra.

Fraser is on the Board of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation in Australia. He also advises a number of EdTech start-ups.
