Juliet leads our education group in China. She has nearly 30 years of market research experience, during which she has undertaken an impressive portfolio of qualitative, quantitative and desk research, with significant skills in gathering and analysing data and insights.
With EduWorld, her clients have included government agencies, some of the world’s leading universities and major private providers, as well as vocational and language providers. Juliet has personally conducted research interviews with a wide and varied list of education stakeholders, ranging from students to senior level administrators at universities, government dignitaries and international thought leaders.
Juliet has extensive knowledge and experience across the education sector on topics including transnational education, national and international student recruitment, online learning, learning management systems, EdTech, brand tracking, scholarships, the commercialisation of research, graduate employment, vocational and language training.
Having trained in the UK as a political market researcher, Juliet first worked as a commercial researcher in Australia before setting up her own social research and brand consultancy. For the last two decades, Juliet has focused her work on the area of education research. For many years, she was the principal researcher for Open Universities Australia, working on re-branding, advertising research, brand tracking and student surveys.
